The Vice President, Global Workplace & Facilities is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and long-term development of Lumentum's global facilities portfolio, including photonics fabrication facilities, advanced manufacturing sites, R&D laboratories, corporate workplaces, and critical infrastructure worldwide. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Vice President partners closely with Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Finance, and Corporate Leadership to align infrastructure investments and workplace strategies with Lumentum's long-term business objectives and transformation initiatives.
