BLS and Certification in clinical specialty (e.g., ANCC, NAHQ, AACN) Knowledge, skills, and abilities (required): Demonstrated leadership in quality improvement (QI) or performance excellence initiatives - Advanced competency in clinical assessment, treatment protocols, and evidence-based interventions for complex or high-acuity patient populations Preferred Qualifications Education - Doctoral degree (DNP or PHD) or APRN. Environmental exposures include but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure, Bio-hazardous waste chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors, Communicable diseases, Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required.
