Provides backup front desk support when not with patients and as needed, for the dental program to include, answering phones, scheduling client appointments, making new patient packets and folders, copying/highlighting forms to be placed in new charts, sending out recall notices, confirming client appointments, pulling client records for clinic visits, mail-outs of appointment reminders, and verifying re-call dates on mail-outs, provides support and verifies all appropriate paperwork is in client record prior to client being seen.
