We offer:<ul><li>A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match *</li><li>Career development and growth opportunities with our best-in-class training program to support you at every stage of your career</li><li>A fun and supportive culture that encourages collaboration and innovation</li><li>Free Continuing Education (CE) through TAG U</li></ul>How Youll Make a DifferenceAs an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, you will perform daily duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.<ul><li>Assist with the direction to DA office team throughout the day to maintain productive patient flow.</li><li>Assist the doctors during a variety of treatment procedures.</li><li>Breakdown operatory rooms for doctors and hygienists.</li><li>Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatory and ensures all staff is properly trained and compliant on the process.</li><li>Follow maintenance schedules for flushing waterlines/suction lines, and/or waterline testing, autoclave, and compressor on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.</li><li>Tray and operatory set-up for all procedures.</li><li>Support patient charting for doctors at a proficient level.</li><li>Ability to train others to execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice.</li><li>Follow OSHA regulations and Aspen safety requirements, including compliance with HIPAA guidelines.</li><li>Take dental radiographs (X-rays).</li><li>Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures.</li><li>Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health.</li><li>Complete denture soft relines and manufactures temporary crowns.</li><li>Monitor and aid in management of laboratory cases.</li><li>Perform quality intraoral health scan of patients under 5 minutes.</li><li>Understanding of clear aligner process with the ability to articulate and teach.</li><li>Ability to take quality impressions and bite registrations.</li><li>Perform additional expanded functions based on certification(s) to support patient care (coronal polishing, restorative functions, etc.).</li><li>Ensures emergency kits and oxygen tanks are maintained.</li><li>Ability to order and maintain supplies in accordance with practice budget.</li><li>Perform various office tasks as necessary.</li></ul>Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>Current Dental Assistant License, Registration, Certification as required by state.</li><li>Radiology (x-ray) certification as required by state.</li><li>Current CPR or BLS certificate.</li><li>2+ years experience as a Dental Assistant.</li><li>Proficient at chairside assisting/four-handed dentistry.</li><li>Demonstrate and provide instruction on proper sterilization and infection control techniques.</li><li>Maintain and update annual CE requirement as specified by state.</li><li>State Certification in expanded functions as required by state.</li></ul>ADMI Corp., d/b/a TAG-The Aspen Group, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers and welcome everyone to apply. • Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
• Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least three months of supervisory key holder or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted and their results are considered in accordance with applicable law.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time, moving, and transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries.
