Leads all sales activities with the Sales Manager within the area for the company
Accountability for achieving branch office production and performance goals
Lead, train, and motivate the team to produce the highest results for the company and the team members
Be able to take initiative and lead agents to achieve his/her goals
Have an in-depth understanding of the local market and identify opportunities and concerns
Problem solves for customers, clients, and the team
Provide coaching and conduct one-on-one and business planning sessions with Sales Associates to help them achieve their productivity goals
Attend and cultivate relationships at networking real estate events
Manages the recruiting process, in conjunction with the Director of Talent Attraction for both new and experienced Sales Associates
Reports on progress to leadership on all recruiting and retention activities
Implementing and managing various marketing/ recruiting programs established by the company to achieve recruiting objectives
Lead sales meetings alongside Regional Sales Manager
Independently conduct sales meetings when the Sales Manager is not present
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
