Responsibilities:
 <ul><li>Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair</li><li>Participate in hourly rounds</li><li>Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs</li><li>Keep patients’ rooms in clean and orderly condition</li><li>Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
 Minimum Qualifications<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)</li></ul><ul><li>BLS is required within 90 days of hire</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)</li></ul>
