When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.<ul><li>Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards</li><li>Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care</li><li>Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care</li><li>Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team</li><li>Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice</li><li>Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments</li><li>Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing</li><li>Additional tasks assigned by the Manager</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds</li><li>Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data</li><li>Organized and detail oriented</li></ul>Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.  Qualifications & Requirements:
Education<ul><li>Requires an Associate’s Degree or Certification in Dental Technology from an accredited school.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Must have experience within either a private or public dental practice as a Dental Technician or Registered Dental Assistant. </li><li>Must demonstrate consistent sound judgment with dental decisions within the correctional healthcare environment.</li></ul>Licenses/Certifications<ul><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.</li><li>Must attain and maintain all State mandated certifications or trainings.</li></ul>
