A Day In the Life Of:
<ul><li>Answer phone calls, emails, and texts, obtaining details to schedule patients correctly and respond to requests</li><li>Enter information accurately into the practice management system</li><li>Contact patients to fill open appointments and document contacts made and received</li><li>Follow up with patients as needed</li><li>Receive and post payments accurately</li><li>Pay attention to grammar and spelling in texts, emails, letters, etc.</li><li>Experience with social media management of a business account is a plus</li></ul>Some workdays may be in a satellite office location (transportation provided)

What You'll Bring To The Table:

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.</li><li>Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.</li><li>Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.</li><li>Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations..</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)</li><li>Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.</li></ul>

Qualifications:

Throughout each practice within the assigned territory, they’ll work to increase productivity, profitability, and success, while supporting each location’s provider(s) and team of talented and skilled employees to become the best version of themselves professionally and personally.  To be successful in this role, the Area Manager must ensure quality of operations and customer service, inspire each dentist and their team members to give their all, and identify and act on performance deficiencies. A Day In The Life Of :
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Serve and support an assigned territory of dental practices.</li><li>Ensure adherence to key performance objectives to meet business and customer expectations.</li><li>Support sound financial management to ensure offices are profitable and stay within budget with the guidance of our financial department.</li><li>Monitor the P&L statements for each supported practice and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projections.</li><li>Monitor Accounts Receivable (A/R) weekly for all supported offices. </li><li>Directly support dentists and their teams in their growth and development, helping them set goals and address operational opportunities within their supported office.</li><li>Coordinate weekly in-practice visits and meet regularly with office managers, doctors, and office staff to provide feedback, support and encouragement.</li><li>Proactively create and implement strategies to challenge operational inefficiencies and leverage clinical opportunities.</li><li>Liaise with senior management to coordinate and report ongoing issues and new opportunities.</li></ul> 

What You'll Bring To The Table :
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Bachelor's degree, or equivalent comparable dental business operations management experience required (3-5 years)</li><li>Must be able to travel daily, weekly to offices within assigned territory of Virginia.</li><li>Working knowledge of basic computer operating systems, such as Windows or MacOS.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Working knowledge of the larger Dental and Orthodontic Practice Software systems (example: Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Cloud 9)</li><li>Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends.</li><li>Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Distinct communication skills, to include a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and an ability to create and present easily-followed guidelines for others to comprehend.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability communicate across different levels of an organization.</li></ul> Required:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>DSO and or dental experience is required</li></ul> Working Conditions <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>The physical environment requires employees to travel in the field visiting practice locations in Lynchburg, Roanoke, Richmond, Danville, and Stanton VA. </li><li>Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure in all visited environments. </li></ul> What We’ll Offer In Return <ul><li>Full-time, salary position $60-70K DOE</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>401K with company match</li><li>A company culture of promotions from within, with a start-up atmosphere allowing for varied and rapid career development</li></ul>  About PepperPointe Partnerships PepperPointe Partnerships is a dental service organization (DSO) with an innovative approach to proactively address the challenges and industry changes practitioners face, create efficiencies at the practice level and provide support with non-clinical tasks, allowing practitioners to focus on providing excellent patient care.
