College degree/training is preferred.</li><li>Read, write and speak the English language.</li><li>Experience not required but preferred (on-the-job training and continuing education is provided)</li><li>Valid and current Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record.</li><li>You must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>Must be able to pass a DHS background study.</li></ul>  Examples of Job Responsibilities:   <ul><li>Monitor and support the Person-Centered Planning process.</li><li>Coordinate client appointments and activity schedules, including arranging necessary transportation. </li><li>Organize staffing for client location and rotate ‘on-call’ with manager/assistant manager.</li><li>Manage funds of clients and house budgets.</li><li>Complete other administrative duties; staff scheduling, client meetings, etc.</li><li>Complete staff training and ensure timely completion of annual requirements and reviews.</li><li>Monitoring medications and the delivery/organization of medications.</li><li>Monitoring and follow up of client charting and documentation.</li><li>Complete basic housekeeping, food preparations, and other ADL's based on clients service needs.</li><li>Complete other documentation and meetings as needed.</li></ul>
