Requirements: • X-Ray certification in the state of Indiana (REQUIRED) • Coronal Polish and Sealant Certification (preferred but not required) • High school graduate or equivalent • Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures • Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations • CPR certification • Computer efficiency - charting and scheduling • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients • Integrity-focused work ethic • Team-player attitude • Ability to multi-task • Open-minded to new systems, techniques, direction, and feedback. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties.
