This is a permanent position in a supportive, fast-paced dental office where providing an exceptional patient experience is our top priority.We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and confident working in a dental office environment, with the ability to help manage day-to-day front office operations and patient interactions.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Greet and check in/out patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor</li><li>Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow</li><li>Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with patient questions regarding coverage</li><li>Collect payments and discuss treatment estimates with patients</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and chart updates</li><li>Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Handle general administrative and front office duties as needed</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and support a positive patient experience</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 6 months experience working in a dental office (required)</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Comfortable with scheduling systems and basic dental terminology</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li><li>Prior experience with dental insurance verification and treatment coordination</li><li>Familiarity with dental practice management software</li><li>Previous front desk or dental administrative experience strongly preferred</li></ul><h2>Practice hours:</h2><ul><li>Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li><li>Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM</li><li>Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li><li>Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li><li>Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM</li></ul>About Sunset DentalSunset Dental is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate dental care in a welcoming environment.
