Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following:<ul><li>Provide advanced orthodontic chairside assistance</li><li>Perform EFODA-approved duties in compliance with Oregon regulations</li><li>Assist with bonding, debonding, wire changes, adjustments, and bracket placement</li><li>Take orthodontic radiographs and digital impressions/scans</li><li>Maintain efficient patient flow and clinical organization</li><li>Deliver confident, professional communication with patients and parents</li><li>Uphold sterilization and infection control protocols</li></ul>

Qualifications:
You will be required to possess the following:<ul><li>Active Oregon EFODA certification (required)</li><li>Prior orthodontic assisting experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and clinical workflow</li><li>Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team</li><li>Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional</li><li>Excellent communication and patient interaction skills</li></ul>
