Responsibilities:
Dental Assistant partners with the practice team to provide excellent clinical support to help patients get the care they need. Dental Assistant will help prepare the patient for treatment and assist the dentist in restorative dentistry.  Skills Required to Make a Great “Impression” on Our Team<ul><li>Provides excellent chair-side clinical support and assistance to Doctors and Hygienists which includes but is not limited to: charting, operatory set/clean up, and patient education.</li><li>Records and reviews patient health history, makes chart entries under the doctor's direction and assures completion of forms and signatures in dental software.</li><li>Reviews the daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments.</li><li>Prepares patients, sterilizes and disinfects instruments, sets up instrument trays, maintains chain of asepsis, prepares materials, and assists dentists during dental procedures following OSHA guidelines.</li><li>Exposes and develops dental diagnostic radiographs.</li><li>Follows OSHA regulations and safety requirements to include compliance with HIPAA guidelines, CPR, X-rays, and other required certifications and registrations.</li></ul>

Qualifications:

Position Summary:
As part of our team of professionals, the Assistant Business Office Manager brings clarity and follow-through to what can be a delicate process. Our patients, residents, families, and team members benefit from the expertise and skilled communication of the Assistant Business Office Manager.

Salary Range:
USD $18.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist the Business Office Manager with billing and follow up of all Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, co-insurance, and managed care billing for the facility</li><li>Assist the Business Office Manager with cash collections and A/R goals of the facility</li><li>Work very closely with the Central Billing Office for the region on all billing issues and follow up necessary</li></ul>

Qualifications & Requirements:
<ul><li>1+ years of experience in third-party billing and reimbursement including Medicare, Medicaid, co-insurance required; managed care and private collections preferred</li><li>Detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills</li><li>Reliable transportation required</li></ul>
