Responsibilities:
Seeking a General Dentist with heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities! The Dental Care you provide gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life! As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule.  No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability. We let you focus on providing the care you were trained for, making all clinical decisions, and we focus on the rest!  Why Providers choose 360Care:-Focus on Quality Patient Care-Flexible Scheduling, you pick the days!-Rewarding work with great compensation.-Logistics, Equipment and Administrative Support. Dentist Responsibilities:-Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.-Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.-Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.-Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.-Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team. Preferred Skills:-Strong verbal and written communication -Ability to connect with geriatric patients with empathy and compassion-Excellent eye for detail    

Qualifications:
 We Provide:<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Trained dental assistants to assist on all visits</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">State of the art portable equipment, instruments, and supplies<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 55.5pt">including the Aseptico delivery system with high and low speed hand pieces and suction, hand held X-ray  camera (all our DA are certified to take the x-rays), Hand Held Digital Sensor for Digital Imaging, all standard surgical instruments and we use polyvinyl impression materials to take impressions</li></ul></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">All scheduling and billing are completed by 360Care</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Field support and mentorship from Clinical Director</li></ul> If you are a Dentist DDS or DMD in good standing, at any stage of your career, we encourage you to apply! #360care25Dental

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to deliver comprehensive oral healthcare in a collaborative and modern environment. This is an opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while practicing in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced dental technology. With a patient volume of 118 new patients per month, youll have a consistent and rewarding patient base.
