p>Qualifications: • 2 years of clinical general dentistry experience • DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school • Certificate from a CODA-accredited GPR or AEGD Residency Program • Nitrous Oxide Anesthesia License desired • Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment • Exceptional organizational and communication written and verbal skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of individuals within an academic medical center • Proven ability to mentor and develop dental residents and faculty • In-depth knowledge of current dental practices, techniques, and technologies particularly as applied in a hospital environment • Commitment to evidence-based dentistry, patient safety, and quality improvement • Proficiency in using educational technology and electronic health records • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
