Oversee OUS indirect tax matters, including VAT/GST, sales and use taxes, customs and duties, indirect tax registrations and filings, audit and controversy support, process and control governance, and coordination with local finance teams and external advisors to assess business changes and manage compliance and risk. This highly visible position will serve as a strategic business partner to Finance, FP&A, Legal, Treasury, Operations, and commercial leaders, providing practical tax guidance on business initiatives, operating-model changes, intercompany arrangements, geographic expansion, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
