Proven experience with DoD clients in delivering high quality A/E programs and projects to key clients, including the management of geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary, collaborative project design teams Prior experience in managing facilities and infrastructure projects for DOD and/or other Federal agencies/entities, including developing qualifications packages, negotiating fixed price task orders, and delivering both full design projects (design-bid-build), design-build requests for proposals (RFP's), Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) or other potential procurement options.
