Responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and integration of simulation technologies, audiovisual systems, instructional technologies, laboratory simulators, and related infrastructure used in simulation activities, student assessments, and educational programs. Collaborates with faculty, staff, university IT services, and external vendors to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues involving simulation systems, hardware, software, A/V systems, and network connectivity.
