As a Lead, Mechanical Engineer your roles and responsibilities will include: Provide technical leadership of the Mechanical Engineering team throughout the full program lifecycle, including design, development, manufacturing, formal hardware qualification, integration and test, transition to production, and production support. Provide guidance and support to achieve project goals, including participation in major design and milestone reviews, technical meetings, and project planning sessions.
