Provide technical execution and oversight of design projects including schematic/preliminary design, design development, final design, specifications, permitting, bid-phase services, and construction contract document production. Projects include collection and conveyance systems, water distribution networks, pump stations, storage and treatment facilities, as well as system evaluations, rehabilitation, and renewal and replacement initiatives.
