You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: managing or overseeing integrated security programs; interpreting and applying security policies and regulations; safeguarding classified information; administering personnel, physical, information, industrial, OPSEC, and COMSEC requirements; advising senior officials on security matters; coordinating with internal and external security organizations; and leading or supervising security personnel. As a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST at the GS-0080-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as the Supervisory Security Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and overseeing DSCA security programs across personnel, physical, information, industrial, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), operations security (OPSEC), and communications security (COMSEC) disciplines.
