You have relevant work experience and transferrable skills if you’ve worked as a Social Worker, Investigator, Service Coordinator, Case Manager, Case Worker, Program Specialist, Human Services Specialist, Care Navigator, Client Advocate, Detective, law enforcement professional, or Quality Specialist / Quality Improvement professional. This is a hybrid position which will require you to spend approximately 90% of each workweek doing administrative work and report writing in your home office– and approximately 10% of each workweek traveling throughout the greater region and leading onsite meetings at provider locations.
