In this role, you will work within a defined territory to build relationships with local businesses and provide customized hiring and workforce solutions. This is a sales-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys networking, problem-solving, and driving results.</p><h3>Essential Functions</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring and workforce needs</li><li>Educate clients on Express Employment’s staffing, leadership, and human resources solutions</li><li>Research and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory</li><li>Manage and grow an existing book of business</li><li>Interact directly with clients throughout all phases of the sales process</li><li>Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily sales activities</li><li>Negotiate pricing and prepare service agreements</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity goals</li></ul><h3>Compensation & Schedule</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Pay:</strong> Base salary plus commission- Estimated annual earnings: <strong>$35,000–$55,000</strong>, depending on experience</p></li><li><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Driven, goal-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a territory</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)</li></ul>
