Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experienceMinimum of 6 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and customizing IBM Maximo (7.x) EAM solutions and related applicationsProven experience utilizing the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) to integrate with enterprise systemsStrong expertise in developing complex, custom BIRT reportsDemonstrated experience designing, developing, and implementing workflow processes within the IBM Maximo platformHighly organized work approach with strong attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience providing guidance and applying best practices for deploying and configuring IBM Maximo EAM in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with implementing Maximo Scheduler and Work CentersExperience with technical frameworks including Informatica iPaaS, ETL processes, and RabbitMQWorking knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-native technologiesExperience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and WaterfallStrong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/WAM) and Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), including architecture and implementation, particularly within the utilities industryKnowledge of authentication and security protocols such as SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
