Primary Responsibilities: Starts, stops, operates, monitors, and maintains all utilities and operational support systems Plans & completes all preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility and office equipment to include but not limited to the following: Boiler water treatment, Boiler steam and condensate systems, Ammonia refrigeration system (chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, air handling units, etc.) Maintain low-pressure and high-pressure air compression systems including air dryers. Assists in establishing daily checklists and preventive / predictive maintenance programs for utility equipment Identifies utility equipment problems and improvement opportunities and communicates to appropriate personnel Provides improvement project support as needed Maintain power distribution system Control systems - Basic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) input/output hardware troubleshooting, motor, sensor, drives and basic electrical circuits, basic understanding of device communication networks.
