This role designs, develops, and maintains custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation using declarative tools and Apex; builds Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integrations with external platforms; and ensures data integrity through data mapping, migration, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance. This role gathers requirements and translates business needs into technical solutions, develops and maintains APIs and third-party integrations, monitors Salesforce releases, participates in solution design, testing, and deployment, and provides supervisory support to team members and external contractors on all aspects of the Salesforce environment.
