Training solutions will include instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), eLearning, simulations, job aids, microlearning, knowledge-library resources, and other performance-support products supporting both core system training and role-based curricula. The Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer will work with program leadership, subject matter experts, system implementation partners, instructors, accessibility specialists, editors, and other learning professionals to translate complex system functionality and business processes into practical, performance-based training.
