Data Management: Working knowledge of data management constructs, tools, and practices-including database features, data models, data types, constraints, and business rules-acquired through experience designing or updating databases, evaluating data for reasonableness and accuracy, and applying data management terminology in system development or enhancement work. Programming / Application Configuration: Progressive experience configuring and coding moderately complex applications using COTS and custom development tools, shown through planning, documenting, coding, and maintaining system components, performing unit testing, and applying non-linear thinking in event-driven, object-oriented, or service-oriented environments.
