Redesign how work gets done, AI-first: Evaluate procurement and spend processes to determine where AI, automation, self-service, operational support, or human expertise can create a simpler, more scalable experience — prioritizing opportunities to reduce manual effort, increase capacity, and strengthen controls while maintaining appropriate human oversight. We're looking for a Senior Team Manager to lead the team, systems, and programs powering Box's procurement and spend experience — with operational ownership of Zip, Navan, and Brex, spanning procurement intake and workflows, business travel and expense, and corporate cards.
