The position supervises the Senior Survey Researcher and ensures that survey research, assessment findings, and program review results provide meaningful evidence to improve programs, services, operations, and institution-wide initiatives, including community engagement, strategic initiatives, and other cross-functional priorities. Reporting to the Director of Data, Assessment, and Analytics, the Manager works collaboratively with faculty, Student Affairs, administrative departments, and the Teaching and Learning Unit to integrate assessment into institutional effectiveness, strategic planning, accreditation, and student success.
