The State GIS Developer position will coordinate, plan, and provide assistance in the creation, acquisition, preparation, maintenance, documentation, and overall administration of the State's enterprise-wide ESRI ArcGIS platform, GIS users, and GIS data for statewide GIS projects and initiatives. As a member of the South Dakota GIS Administrative team, the State GIS Developer works closely with GIS Administrators, State GIS Coordinator, and state agency staff to create and maintain business applications on the statewide ESRI GIS platform.
