You will define and drive Hinge Health’s strategy for Agentic Engineering and Developer Experience, partnering with technical leaders across Service Enablement, App Enablement, Platform Quality, SRE, Security, and Infrastructure to identify where AI agents, automation, developer platforms, and workflow improvements can meaningfully increase R&D capacity. Working closely with engineering and technical leaders, you will uncover where development slows down, identify the highest-leverage opportunities for improvement, and translate them into products, platforms, and workflows that drive measurable gains in developer velocity, software quality, and developer satisfaction.
