Position RequirementsMust be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurancePrevious experience leading teams in retail remodel, fixture installation, construction, warehouse, or related environments preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read project plans, store layouts, and merchandising instructionsStrong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power toolsComfortable training and coaching team members in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using smartphones, tablets, and web-based reporting systemsForklift, scissor lift, or OSHA certifications are a plus but not requiredThis is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and remaining active throughout overnight shiftsRegular lifting, moving, and handling of products, fixtures, and materials up to 50+ lbs.
