Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on Microsoft Azure, including services such as: o Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure Application Insights. Strong working knowledge of ActOne configuration including case workflows, alert management, work item views, queues, user permissions, and security models.
