Working closely with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Resource Management, customers, and technical delivery teams, you will ensure projects are prioritized, planned, and delivered on schedule while balancing organizational capacity and business objectives. Identify, evaluate, and support the implementation of AI-powered tools, AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions that improve project scheduling, reporting, capacity planning, operational visibility, knowledge management, and decision-making.
