What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement. You will partner with site leadership, operations, and maintenance teams to identify opportunities, eliminate process inefficiencies, improve productivity, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance safety, quality, and operational performance.
