Complete the following reports/documents (this list is not meant to be all inclusive) in an accurate, timely manner involving: Daily production records, monthly inventory, usage of USDA commodities, eligible students for free/reduced meals program, HACCP records, temperature logs, cashier reconciliation, menus, On-the-job injuries, daily time sheets, work schedules for school nutrition staff, equipment inventory. Job Overview:To ensure the smooth operation of the school nutrition program; the production of high-quality nutritious meals; and to maintain a fiscally stable cafeteria program.
