Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing nutrition guidelines, initiatives, and operations for Clinical Nutrition Promotes nutritional education for diabetic patients through ongoing provider education, contributing to development of programs, evaluation of outcomes, and direct interaction with diabetic patients, families, and groups. Communicates with other health care professionals, families, and referral agencies regarding nutritional plan of particular patients or patient groups to ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and back into the community.
