This role is responsible for working in the Career Services department which focuses on Community Workforce programs, CRED (Career Readiness, Employment, and Development), This Case Manager position will provide career pathways, training opportunities, job placement services, workforce supports, and economic mobility opportunities for Staten Island residents. Operating from a trauma-informed, client-centered lens, you will help participants navigate complex social and legal systems, mitigate risk factors, and access vital resources that foster long-term stability and personal growth.
