The Director PRI Manufacturing will lead and develop manufacturing teams across the network and drive safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective operations through strong manufacturing and production management, Lean Manufacturing implementation and execution, supply chain coordination, quality assurance, inventory control, and disciplined use of manufacturing systems. Interface with Company engineers, strategic sourcing, project management, human resources, logistics, customer service, and accounting personnel regarding facility issues, process optimization, methods development, personnel development, outside supplier development, strategic project implementation, quotes and order management, and for analyzing and preparing monthly financial reporting presentations.
