Must either have a bachelor's degree with 10 years in business management experience (financial planning/reporting, strategic planning, cost proposals, project execution/management, contracts, pricing and/or budget controls and analysis) or master's degree in a business-related discipline with 8 years of business management experience (financial planning/reporting, strategic planning, cost proposals, project execution/management, contracts, pricing and/or budget controls and analysis) or a PhD with 6 years in business management experience (financial planning/reporting, strategic planning, cost proposals, project execution/management, contracts, pricing and/or budget controls and analysis).
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in leading a cross-functional team as well as the ability to promote the professional development of the business management workforce, fostering a collaborative culture that sustains momentum around ethics and integrity, employee engagement, affordability, innovation, value growth and continuous improvement.
