Purpose of Role: The Manufacturing manager is an integral member of the leadership team at Plant 3. This role leads, coordinates, and oversees the operation of the Molding and Melting departments, and is accountability for safety, quality, productivity, equipment, training, production targets, cost, and the overall culture and morale of our team. Lead team with strategic vision for manufacturing operations; initiate plans and processes that minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
