Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and prioritize title-related data sources that can support automated title risk assessment, including public records, title plants, tax data, property data, lien and judgment data, chain-of-title data, title insurance data, vendor-provided title datasets, curative data, claims data, and other relevant sources. The successful candidate will understand both the business and technical components of title risk assessment, including how to evaluate available title-related data, obtain and govern that data, and develop or vet rules-based, analytics-based, and model-supported title risk engines.
