Demonstrated experience leading complex transit, transportation, infrastructure, facilities, or public works projects utilizing a variety of project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk, or similar approaches. Eight (8) years of progressively responsible leadership experience managing large-scale capital programs, infrastructure development, transportation projects, engineering, construction, or related public-sector initiatives, including responsibility for budget, schedule, risk, and organizational performance.
