Operational Performance - Works in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Operations Director, and other clinical and operational leaders to oversee all functions related to clinical services, including but not limited to providing, monitoring, and maintaining the highest degree of quality clinical care, patient/provider experience, and operational excellence and providing overall direction, integration, and coordination of medical services throughout the organization. The RMD, in accordance with guidance from the Chief Medical Officer, has primary responsibility for providing management, supervision, support, and development of designated staff, including, but not limited to, clinical directors, and is accountable for their day-to-day performance as clinical and operational leaders and dyad partners with clinic practice managers to ensure the highest degree of quality care, patient and provider satisfaction, and operational excellence.
