Requirements: • Vent experience • Must have Active VA or Compact License in hand at submission • BLS & ACLS • Cardiac TELE background within the past year • PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown work setting experience • Management of dysrhythmias • Telemetry - on the unit monitoring • Use of Rapid Response Teams • Pre/Post Cardiac Cath • Central line care/management • Peripheral Line Care/Management • PICC line management • Manage Cardiac drips- no titration • Titrate Cardiac drips • Heparin Protocols • Traumatic Brain injury • Care of Ventilated Patient • External CPAP/BIPAP • High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) • Tracheostomy Management • Isolation Precautions • EPIC • Yes of experience: 2 years • Willing to take charge RN role (previous charge experience prebriefed) • Comprehensive respiratory proficiency required (High Flow, Tracheostomy, and BiPap, ventilator experience - required) First time traveler are OK!
