Partner with HRIS, Integration, IT, and vendor teams to support Learning-related integrations and data exchanges, including troubleshooting interface issues, validating inbound and outbound data requirements, executing testing activities, and ensuring data integrity across interconnected systems. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, evaluate solution alternatives, document functional requirements, and independently manage the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support of learning-related enhancements.
