Additional responsibilities include disposal of waste, general kitchen cleaning and sanitation, assisting with basic food preparation, and delivery and pick-up of trays for residents requesting tray service. Operate the dishwashing machine to properly wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, trays, and food preparation equipment in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
