About the Role Our Client is hiring a Dispatcher to monitor and coordinate shuttle operations in Dalton, GA. Employment type: Full-time. This role requires bilingual English and Korean communication for interactions with drivers and passengers/clients. <div> </div> <h3>Requirements</h3>Responsibilities <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Monitor shuttle locations and schedules using GPS tracking to support on-time performance. </li><li>Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide route updates and instructions. </li><li>Provide customer service in English and Korean for passenger/client inquiries, complaints, and requests. </li><li>Respond to disruptions (traffic, breakdowns, accidents) and report incidents in both English and Korean as required. </li><li>Maintain accurate daily logs of shuttle schedules and operational data. </li></ul>  Qualifications <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Fluent in both English and Korean; capable of professional verbal and written communication in both languages (required). </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to remain calm, polite, and clear under pressure. </li><li>Proficiency with GPS tracking systems and basic MS Office (Excel, Word). </li><li>Entry-level candidates welcome. </li><li>1–3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service (preferred). </li><li>Prior experience in shuttle operations dealing with clients (preferred). </li><li>Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment (preferred). </li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays (preferred). </li></ul><div> </div> <h3>Benefits</h3>Compensation Salary: $48,000–68,000 (DOE negotiable)   Benefits <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>100% company-covered health insurance: full coverage for Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance premiums. </li><li>Retirement plan: 401(k) eligibility available after 1 year of employment. </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO): 11 days of paid vacation/sick leave per year. </li></ul><div> </div>

Proactively inform customer accounts and/or customer of changes</li><li>Resolve load targets and ensure on time delivery</li><li>Communicate effectively and professionally with Customers, Operations Drivers, and all levels of leadership</li><li>Respond to drivers and other terminal needs and assist with emergency situations if the need arises</li><li>Understand and support company policies</li><li>Keep drivers rolling safely by ensuring accurate PTAs, providing trailer solutions, planning BPMs and required appointments, helping keep CDL's in order, managing home time guidelines, and anything else to keep them earning.</li><li>Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organizations objectives</li></ul>
