customers.  This position requires speaking with customers on the phone, making good customer relations skills essential and requires a basic knowledge of the construction industry. Wage Range: $20-$25 per hour, dependent upon experience.  Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)<ul><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Receive telephone orders from customers.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Dispatch truck fleet according to customer’s demands.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Ensure timely and accurate material delivery to assigned job site.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Maintain communication with current and future customers.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Maintain dispatch facilities and keep in good working order all necessary equipment.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Provide the Dispatch Manager with requests for new or replacement equipment when necessary.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Properly follow all company policies and MSHA & OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environmental best practices.  Report any problems to the Department Manager, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Perform other duties as preferred.</li></ul> Work Requirements<ul><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Previous work within the construction/ready mix industry is preferred.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Must be 18 years in age or older.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:14pt">Must pass pre-employment drug screen and
